You can only get into this lounge if you are on a BA flight. I was flying AA domestically from LAS and was asked to pay $70 to come in ($35 each for myself and my guest)... Needless to say I spent the time in one of LAS's many food outlets. But it did make me question why AA doesn't provide lounge access at LAS.
