I've flown the 738 this month in Row 10 and the exit row. The exit row is better than row 10 for leg room (even the aisle seat still has about half of the hard bulkhead). I think the seats in EC row 10 and exit row are identical, both slightly narrower because of a tray table stored in the armrest. Thus, I suspect that the other EC rows have the same seats as regular economy, other than the fabric covering the headrest.
