Here's my review of the Economy Comfort seats on the 737-800. RWoman, feel free to add this to the summary since there isn't much there on anything on the 737 other than row 10.

Rows 10-12 aren't very comfortable, IMHO. On most of the other aircraft with Economy Comfort seats that I've sat in, the headrests at least offer extra padding and even a possible neck support thingy. On the 737, it looks like they just put light colored seat covers with the Economy Comfort logo on the seats and called it a day.

Recline is actually pretty good, at least in Row 11. However, I think I'd rather have the exit row vs. Economy Discomfort on this aircraft in the future. YMMV.
