What about Extended check out? Would I be able to get a check out time of 3 or does it just push it from 11 to 12?

PCR Platinum status at the Venetian and Palazzo does allow guests to check-in at the Invited Guest Check-In Desk.
Complimentary 2pm Late Check-out is available upon availability (hotel occupancy is taken into count)
PCR Platinum guests will receive a suite upgrade if available at the time of check-in - it is considered a "1 tier" upgrade so if a Luxury suite booked, it would be bumped to a Luxury View as this would be an additional charge if booked without PCR.
Royal Ambassador amenities include upgrade, VIP Lounge Check-In, Complimentary Movie, $100 in mini bar credit (which differs from other IHG properties as Venetian and Palazzo are Alliance resorts), fruit/mineral water amenity upon arrival, early check-in (arranged prior to arrival) and 4pm late check out.
