Help - Award Redemption Trick
Looking award flight from LGA to ORD for an upcoming weekend.

Plenty of availability at 12.5k miles, direct.

By chance, I happened to look at flight from LGA to CMH, availability from 10k miles, connections through ORD.

The flight from LGA to CMH takes me first to ORD (on the direct flight I want to book), then continues to CMS.

If I book the LGA to CMS for 10k miles and then simply don't get on the connection from ORD to CMS, what will happen?

Any consequences for using this trick?
