I have a trip coming up where I'm waitlisted for R both ways GRU-ORD-GRU. The direction where the seat map is filling up (11 "open", mostly middles), even Z is still for sale (J keeps bouncing between 8 and 9, so I know it is actually filling up, and I'm getting worried). The direction where the seat map is nearly empty, only J is for sale. One can never tell.

Despite all the woes of UA, indeed premium cabins fill up to GRU and back, and I have missed one upgrade this year out of three.

But just so I understand - J was zero then went back to 9? It is now for sale?
