If you have an Ink card, you can get 5x UR points by buying them from Staples. The largest increment they have is $200 though and I doubt they would have $10k worth in a single store.

I know you said Lowes specifically, but again if you have an Ink card, you could also buy Home Depot gift cards through buy.com for 10x until the end of this month.
