Both A la carte and anytime are great. A la carte is done when everyone is eating but I guess you can still order these dishes anytime, as long as they still have them available. Out of experience, the popular a la carte dishes (could be the steak and or the fish) will be gone after lunch/dinner.

Anytime is definately not cheap fast food and they do have fresh fruit available - at least that was the case the last time I was flying in J.
