This card is just not competitive imo - I can get better benefits for less cost through other channels. I know at least one-high level exec is fully aware of this, because I just happened (I'm not an insider) to have a chance to talk to them in some detail for about 10-15 minutes about this very subject this year and they clearly got it. But, for whatever reason, they apparently haven't been able to get to a point of agreement to actually implement an overhaul of the benefits.
I'm afraid it looks like I'll be cancelling the card shortly.
