Yes, and there have also been a couple or so other mentions of the regions being offered the POUGs.

Until these offers showed up, I'd never seen a POUG being offered to any of my clan. I've been very fortunate in being confirmed First on virtually all my intercontinental travel over the last 10 months (GUF2, Avios, OpUps) so not noticed if any POUGs were offered or available.
