Hi All.

I dropped my phone in a 747 seat 3K-NF between the table and the window. The phone dropped right down and the cabin crew were unable to get it out. I left my contact details with the cabin crew and was advised that someone would contact me that day. No one has contacted me and when I call BA they just transfer me to lost property, I have also been back to the airport but they can't help me either because they don't know who to contact.

Has anyone faced this issue before or knows what I could do next?
