Shuttle is every 5min or so, last leaves 20 min before the flight. They have big signs in T4 showing the way to Gate 44/bus, so it's easy to find- just go down the escalators.

The "44G" is a gate number in the remote terminal, which is really a couple of double-wide trailers connected together (or so it seems). You'd have to work to not find your flight in the remote term.

I don't see any particular challenges for a deaf person, other than remembering to have your BP out so you can get on the bus (they check).
