Breakfast as a Platinum was the full buffet although we got in late so we slept in and they were starting tear down when we arrived for breakfast. I think the 3 or 4 Latte's that we drank more than made up for this! From what we could see, there was a pancake and omelet made to order station as part of the buffet.
When I stayed there last month, I was told the breakfast as the platinum was only the continental breakfast, and pay to upgrade for full breakfast.
I was not sure they checked what I got from Buffet table, but I just picked continental items from buffet table(which was sufficient enough).
Maybe, I was misinformed when I checked in
