Is this a new policy? I have a reservation (have had for some time) and now that ANA has changed the seat map, I am greeted by this little surprise:

Infants occupying a seat (who are at least 8 days old but less than 2 years old with an applicable child fare) may not board First Class for all aircrafts, as well as Boeing 787-8 Business Class (ANA BUSINESS STAGGERED).
