I think the regular AF lounges at CDG for business class, SkyTeam elites, etc. to which DL passengers have access are just called AF lounges, at least in English. Their fancy lounge for only their own IFC passengers is called La Premiere Lounge at least on the AF website in English. Salon Premiere isn't the equivalent of a DL SC.
