The following photo's show the PMCO 787-824 interior. One can clearly see the air vents alongside the reading lights at each row.

The recessed air vents are identical to the kind used on the 737 Sky Interior Passenger Service Units. The below photo shows a 737 Sky Interior, obviously the 787-824 won't have the flight attendant call button and the such mounted in the PSU.
