1. General difficulty of getting upgrades on int'l fights.
2. Inability to search for upgrades online. Not only is this inconvenient, it means you have to pay the $25 fee for not booking online (DL)
3. Excessive "upgradeable" fares, that sometimes approach or even exceed(!!) normal business class fares.
