We already know UA didn't take the cheap way out on the air vents now.
For the seats, the UA Y seats are pretty much top of the line as far as Y seats go, with large screens and a high quality AVOD system plus power ports at every seat.
For C seats, I can't imagine there is any real price difference between pmUA and pmCO seats - they're basically the same seats, only one is angled; in either case the seats are modern, current generation C seats.
I don't really get this criticism of UA taking the "cheap" way out
Also, what's with the color palette criticsm? It seems consistent with the brand standard.
