Interesting, since the sUA layout is contractually mandated (sUA FA contract prohibits having carts opposite the jumpseat... which does seem good from a safety perspective in that a maxed out cart could be a serious injury risk if it rolls towards you during takeoff or landing). I think there's a grievance out about the renovated ghetto 763s on the sUA side not being in line with the contract since they have an sCO galley layout.
It is in the AFA contract, however the rank and file aren't exactly pleased with it. Some of the things that have been seen cannot be unseen
