Galleys, really? I'd talk to a few sUA FA's. They generally like the CO galley layouts. At least there are no lavatories in front of the jumpseats... all of my friends on the sUA side despise them.
Interesting, since the sUA layout is contractually mandated (sUA FA contract prohibits having carts opposite the jumpseat... which does seem good from a safety perspective in that a maxed out cart could be a serious injury risk if it rolls towards you during takeoff or landing). I think there's a grievance out about the renovated ghetto 763s on the sUA side not being in line with the contract since they have an sCO galley layout.
