I am looking to book a flex economy fare with my HSBC airmiles so that I can upgrade with the lowest Skywards miles. I've asked them to book me a flex fare but they said I need the code under which I want them to give me the fare. I've tried a search but can't find the difference between the different fares. Would anyone be able to give me an idea the codes for flex economy and the differences between them?
