What is the purpose of a union tag other than for one set of crew to say to another "you're not in our gang?" Knowing about some of the abuse that was directed from strikers to "scabs" (which, I understand is still ongoing) I would ban them immediately.

I would also give everyone hats, as that is management's attempt to foster the same ill feeling.
