Breakfast
My love/hate relationship with AC continued this morning. With 2AC to myself and only two other J pax, a pleasant 4 hours in spite of AC's comfort-challenged J seat. Excellent service by a YUL-based crew. PDBs and frequent in flight refills.
Excellent breakfast omelet, with chicken sausage, spiced cottage cheese and red pepper relish. Very nice flavor combo.
Generous ramekin of (cold) mixed nuts and more drinks 90 minutes out of DEN. Offers of nut refills... so AA-like. ^
This was exactly what I had a few days ago on a morning YYZ-YVR flight with the ice cream and cookies added before landing.
This is the same breakfast menu for at least the past 2~3 years. So boring.
