TOD or Just Buy up Question
On 10/1 I am flying E- to LIH via SFO. I do not have any UA status, but would like to buy-up to F. Currently when I check my reservation the only option available is miles + $. Does anyone have any insight as to when I may have the option to buy up or get a TOD. Thanks everyone.
