Yes you need to get from T1 > T5 if your BA flight starts BA1xxx. The MCT T1 > T5 using Flight Connections is 1h 30m. Follow the purple signs that will guide you through T1 to the T5 bus.

If the BA flight starts BA8xx then you stay in T1.
