Recently flew UA for trans-atlantic award travel. Had them put my US number on the ticket at the gate for star gold club access. After I returned I was shocked to see that I received PQM for trans-atlantic legs of this trip. Anyone ever have this happen to them?
I wouldn't spend them yet. There's a chance US will notice the error and claw those miles back.
