Isn't it the carrier who's flight code/number you're flying? If you're flying UA flight #xxx, but really operated as LH flight #yyy, it's the UA flight number that gets posted to your DM account.

It is based on the operating carrier and what the marketing carrier's booking code maps to in the operating carrier's system. The OP should get 150% RDMs and 150% PQMs unless it is a P fare. LH-operated flights also earn bonus RDMs based on Dividend Miles Preferred status so that can add in, too. Should be an extra 100% RDMs for the OP, assuming the CHM notation in their profile is still accurate.
