FRDM no longer works at SFO/OAK? I can't seem to get it to apply. Anyone else?

Rates do not apply in CA; please call for comparable rates.
I'd be willing to bet that's their out - assuming they intentionally neutered it. Could be the Hertz site in its buggy glory though, as well.
