Since you mentioned it, the Jelly Belly factory sells (if they have them) "Belly Flops", those that are not in good enough shape for regular sale, but were the same candy. Too small, deformed, too big, stuck together, etc. They were doing it for $2 a bag with a six case (not bag) limit.

No clue if they have them all the time or not, or of they are always that price, but if you don't mind deformed candy, can't be a better deal out there.
