It should fall back(of the J seat) and not onto the J seat unless it blocks your screen which it does not!!! This is a non issue.
It was certainly an issue to the last two peeps i saw where they kept pushing it back and forth. Not the first time i've seen it happen either. I thought the J pax was going to involve the FA. Has anyone sat in Y bulkhead? is it an issue?
