Hi, found some similar threads but they are a few years old, so I hope it's OK to start a new one.

Recently achieved A3*G. I will be flying NZ SYD-AKL with my statusless parents and I see that the NZ and SQ lounges are available, apparently the NZ one is better. Could someone advise whether either of these tactics would work:

1. Get both parents into the NZ lounge but not enter myself, then go to the SQ lounge on my own.

2. Guest one into the SQ lounge with me, leave them there and enter NZ with the other.

How about on the return from AKL?

(Don't worry, I will credit all miles to A3, even my parents' even though they will never make *G.)
