As opposed to Asia (and America) where there are numerous 3-6 hours routes, AF have few of those. I doubt that AF will feel the need to develop specials cabins for those. At least not before they become a very profitable airline. I guess that AF will/should use longhaul acs on longer mediumhaul like BEY, CAI, TLV, SVO.
BA felt the strong competition by SU and started using longhaul ac to Moscow.
BTW, AF seem to have chosen Sicam-Zodiac Aerospace as supplier of longhaul business seats. Then it would likely be the Cirrus concept:

This reverse herringbone seat has a lot of commercial success. Besides US air and CX, AA is installing them on longhaul and domestic coast-to-coast:
