I wonder if AF could justify using a separate configuration of the A32S on those like BD used to do with better C seats (perhaps inspired by the long haul PV cabin?) C tends to be quite busy on these routes and fares high so perhaps in that particular segment there would be a case for a differentiated hard product but that is really the only one in my mind.
