Stayed there last week for four nights. Only a lowly gold staying on C&P and the hotel was booked with a convention so no upgrade available (which they apologized for). We got a smallish room but they did give us a nice location with a balcony. And since it was our anniversary they sent roses and champagne (besides the regular bowl of fruit which was replenished daily).

Our room was just beautiful, the long entry hall, high ceilings and balcony made it feel more spacious and the bathroom was very large. Walk in closet was small but met our needs plus another closet with extra shelving, the safe and the mini bar fridge. Staff was pleasant, we didn't eat at the restaurant so can't comment, used our gold amenity for free wifi. Location is the best, better than the Imperial we though. Only downside is major construction going on at the hotel on the mezzanine level. We only were in the room a few times while it was going on but it was very loud.

Rooms manager was very helpful in letting us cancel a night and refunding our points when we were unable to get the flight connection we wanted and had to leave a day early.

All in all an excellent experience. I would love to try the Imperial too but we would choose this hotel again in a heartbeat.
