I am now working on the signup bonus of my citi ty premier. it's branded a world mastercard. i'm not as familiar with, but know of, the 'world elite' branded mastercard. of the known co-branded world elite mastercards (is there a comprehensive list anywhere btw?), which is the cheapest/ easiest to acquire/ best once acquired?
