MPM+15% is not going to work. You need to be within the MPM,
maybe 5% over will work. If you can find a DTW-ROR published fare routed TATL and a routing that fits its routing rules, you may be able to get it ticketed, but it's not something that anyone seems to be able to get done reliably.
