The flight from Kuala Lumpur to Vientiane and the flight from Siem Reap to Kuala Lumpur is AirAsia and pretty cheap. Sieam Reap-Ho Chi Minh is really cheap by bus if we have the time for it.

And we Norwegians need visa on arrival to Laos and Cambodia, and we get a 14 days stay in Vietnam without visa.
