Does anyone ever get an instant decision out of office hours? I just tried signing up and got the "we'll let you know within 10 working days". Maybe it's just my bad luck, but I'm not sure I've ever been accepted for a card straight away.

The application form also says you only get 10,000 bonus points (plus 2000 for a referral), but I've kept screengrabs of the email which says 20,000.
