We paid to choose and book our seats on Club Europe some months ago. When we were waiting at the departure gate yesterday, our names were called out and we were asked to change to other seats because the seat recline was broken. We didn't mind changing but upon boarding we noticed other passengers sat in our original seats. It was a completely full flight. I presume the seat was broken but in that case, we wonder why other passengers were seated there?
