I'll fly 9W255 from Colombo to Mumbai connecting to 9W70 to Bangkok. The time is as follow.

9W255 CMB BOM 2105 2345
9W70 BOM BKK 0740+1 1330

I'll have 7 hours and 55 minutes at the airport.

and found that the airlines gives free hotel to domestic-international and international-domestic premiere passengers whose connecting time is between 6-24 hours only. International-international transit passengers are not entitled to this.

I will be traveling in premiere class and I have never been to the Jet Airways lounge at Mumbai airport. My questions are

1. Is the lounge really open 24 hours as stated in the website?
2. Is there any place to sleep in the lounge? (such as slumber chair, etc)

For me, 8 hours seems to be too little to go out and find a hotel and come back. As I will have to go though the immigration and security, I will have about 4-5 hours sleeping at the hotel.

Any advice would be appreciated.
