Rather than spend spend $1.80 on 4 stamps and the time to write 4 letters that are guaranteed to get nothing more than form letters returned, I think his odds would be far better spending $1.00 on a lottery ticket (so that if he won he could fly on private planes and skip the whole airport security charade).
