Pilot cited air controller issue. We taxi out, then have to shut down engineer on a different spot and sitting on the plane for 1 hour. Then went back to gate to get refill. Now start standing in queue again. Pilot did mention some PR people came down when we went back to gate. Not sure what's going on really.
