I don't know why you'd claim a maintenance delay when you are trying to accommodate connecting passengers; a maintenance delay is one of the few things that the DOT requires you to make reaccommodations over (sometimes at considerable expense). As to "#nottheirfault", if the "maintenance" is part of the crew slowdowns we've been seeing then #verymuchtheirfault.
