The other benefit of p.s.: Equipment swaps to non-p.s. equipment seems rare? Booking a PMCO 752 is always fraught with the risk of an equipment swap to something else.
Even though exec plat on AA, I am avoiding them until union issues resolved. I buy full fare tickets anyway so which airline less an issue than schedule and wifi plus comfort. Will give virgin a try I think for transcend. I was less than impressed with UA on recent trip SFO-DFW. Plane was old, dirty, and no wifi -a320 I think.
