AA has wifi on a good chunk of its fleet, at least compared to UA's abysmal p.s.-only (and that one random, non-p.s. 752 with it) and PMCO with no wifi at all.

The PS C seats are better than on Virgin..not making any warranties about the food. Soon UA will reconfigure their PS planes to 2 classes (now there are 3 classes) and there will be all lie flat seats in business class.
UA will be installing WiFi on the rest of it's domestic fleet as well..but it just hasn't happened yet.
The other benefit of p.s.: Equipment swaps to non-p.s. equipment seems rare? Booking a PMCO 752 is always fraught with the risk of an equipment swap to something else.
