Sorry but I looked everywhere for an answer.

The list says 20 capacity. 18 Booked. 2 checked in.

There are 18 names on the list below with 12 having a tick next to them meaning they are upgraded.

A few answers should clear it up for me.

Is it coincidence that the booked number is 18 and that there are 18 names on the list? I thought booked meant people who paid that fare class to begin with.

Is it coincidence that 20 = 18 + 2?

Am I to understand that since 20 > 18 means everyone will get upgraded?
