I've used the meet & greet in BKK and MNL. At both airports, met at the jetway, escorted through fast track immigration (at BKK the same premium lanes that you usually need the golden ticket for, at MNL through the wheelchair passenger counter), pick up baggage (at MNL there's a second lackey just for your bags), escorted out through the shortest customs line (sometimes green, sometimes red, sometimes OFW in MNL, whichever is shorter, no questions asked) and to the taxi rank.

Very useful in BKK, at MNL useful on the day arrivals but no real time savings on the 9pm SQ arrival since there are no queues at that time anyway.

JetQuay is a decent experience, but the food and drink in the lounge is non-existant. Even the Krisflyer Gold lounge has better food.

The Priority Pass is useful ^. So is the pre-booked limo to the airport which is very reliable and serviced by the Comfort Merc cabs.
