Club Seat Availability

I've booked my flight to fly in a months time in Club. I always take a window seat and this time on my LGW-POS sector there is no availability. Not a big deal as it is a daytime flight but, I called the US call centre to confirm. Spoke to a really nice lady and she told me that most of the seats were paid for rather than Gold/Silvers. Apparently more passengers choose to pay for seat selection on the UVF sectors (and other Caribbean) because a lot of couple prefer to travel together.

I don't think they should necessarily remove the paid seat selection option but, I was thinking it would be a nice gesture to hold some "premium" seats for Gold/Silver members. Not really a complaint, I mean things could be way worse

On a side note, I'm pleased to report that all of my recent calls to the BA US Call Centre has been very good. All very nice representatives, not because they give me everything I wanted . But, all very friendly and efficient. ^
