Not in the Caribbean, but still a contender and in my view, better than Nevis: FS Papagayo (Costa Rica). Would not recommend Carlisle Bay with kids - but on Antigua, you could think about Jumby Bay. Would avoid Mexico.

Amanyara is tricky - it is beautiful, and I am sure they will do their best, but it is not really a family destination, and I think parents of little ones might feel a bit self conscious there. Wouldn't be my choice, though I would go sans little kids.
