It means the company be ****ed "we the union" come first.They could care less about ongoing economic damage to the employer which is happening because crew scheduling,hard as it is due to seniority issues,is even harder now because of the splits in the union camp.
Thgis is where a government who has some "cojones" would normally step in and declare this bad for the consumer and force the changes required.But, we live in a socialist empire so it won't happen.
